Right Away Cube Terms of Use

In short: Right Away Cube is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play. Downloads from the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store are also covered by that store's terms; these terms add a few points of our own. The Game is provided as is, and your progress is saved only on your device.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are between you and Logic Fusion, LLC ("Logic Fusion", "we", "us"), the publisher of Right Away Cube (the "Game"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

2. App store terms

If you got the Game from Google Play or the Microsoft Store, that store's terms of service also apply. If you got the Game from the App Store, your license to use it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms add to the Standard EULA; if the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins for App Store copies. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Logic Fusion only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, maintenance or support.

3. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notices; or
use the Game in any way that breaks the law.

4. Ownership

The Game, including its code, art, pictures, sounds, text and the Right Away Cube name and logo, is owned by Logic Fusion, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. The Game is built with the open-source Godot Engine (MIT license, godotengine.org/license), whose license applies to the engine. The classical music recordings are public-domain or CC0 recordings from Wikimedia Commons, credited in the Game under Settings.

5. Price and purchases

Right Away Cube has no ads, no accounts and no in-app purchases. Any purchase price and refunds for store copies are handled by the store you used, under its terms.

6. Your saved progress

Your progress is saved only on your device. We cannot see, restore or transfer it. Deleting the Game, clearing its data or losing your device can delete your progress permanently, and we are not responsible for lost progress.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Game at any time, and some updates may be needed to keep playing. We do not promise that the Game will always be available or work on every device.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Logic Fusion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it, if anything. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Health and safety

The Game contains moving pictures and gently flickering light effects. If you have a history of photosensitive seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. Take regular breaks.

11. Ending your license

Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the Game. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after the license ends.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. For App Store copies, the governing-law terms of the Standard EULA apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
