Terms of Service
Effective 1 November 2026 · Last updated 1 November 2026
- The games are free to play in your browser, for your own fun. Please don't copy them, hack them or scrape the site.
- Everything is provided as it is. Games can change or go away, and saves live in your browser.
- Our liability is limited, and you're responsible for how you use the site.
- If we ever have a dispute, we'll try to solve it informally first. If that doesn't work, it goes to individual arbitration, not a class action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days (section 15).
- Florida law applies. Contact: product@logicfusion.net.
This summary is for convenience. The full terms below are what apply.
Please read these terms carefully. Section 15 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. They affect how disputes between you and us are resolved. You can opt out of them within 30 days as described in section 15.

1. Agreement to these terms
bossgames.io (the "Site", including the games you play on it) is run by Logic Fusion, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and us. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Some games have their own additional terms, such as the terms of their app versions in app stores. If they do, those terms apply to that game too. If they conflict with these Terms, the game's terms win for that game.
2. Who can use bossgames.io
bossgames.io is a general-audience website. If you are under the age of majority where you live (18 in most US states), you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you. Children under 13 may play only with a parent's or guardian's permission and supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the Site.
You may not use the Site if the law forbids it for you, or if we have blocked you from it.
3. Your licence to play
As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access the Site and play its games in your web browser, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may revoke this licence at any time.
This licence doesn't let you:
- copy, download (other than what your browser does to run a game), sell, rent, distribute or publicly perform the games;
- put the games or the Site on another website or app, for example in a frame or an embed, unless we agree in writing;
- change, translate or make derivative works of the games;
- remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notices.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.
4. Videos and streams
You may record, stream and share videos or screenshots of yourself playing our games, including on monetised channels such as YouTube or Twitch, if:
- you show real gameplay and add your own commentary or presence;
- you don't suggest that we sponsor or endorse you;
- you don't share the game files themselves.
We may withdraw this permission for anyone, at any time, for example for content we consider offensive or misleading.
5. Our content and open-source software
The Site and the games, including their code, art, music, sounds, levels, text, characters, and the names and logos "Boss Games", "Logic Fusion" and our game titles, belong to Logic Fusion, LLC or its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
Our games are built with open-source software, such as the Godot Engine (MIT licence), and use fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Those components are licensed under their own licences, which also apply to them. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under an open-source licence. Their licence notices are on our Licenses page.
6. Rules of conduct
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- cheat in a way that affects other players or our data, for example by faking events, ratings or statistics, or voting more than once;
- scrape, crawl, spider or copy the Site, its games or its data by automated means, or use them to train or improve
artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Search engines may index public pages as our
robots.txtallows; - use bots, scripts or other automated tools to access or play the Site, except ordinary browser accessibility tools;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or extract the source code or assets of the games, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
- interfere with or overload the Site, its servers or networks, or try to get around its security, rate limits or access controls;
- upload or send viruses, malware or harmful code;
- use the Site for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with us;
- help or encourage anyone else to do any of these things.
7. Accounts
You don't need an account to use bossgames.io today. If we offer accounts in the future:
- these Terms will apply to them, along with any additional rules we show you when you sign up;
- you must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe;
- you are responsible for what happens under your account;
- we may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, or one that has been inactive for a long time, telling you first where we reasonably can.
8. Feedback and ratings
We love hearing ideas. If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, or rate a game, you give us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use them for any purpose, without paying or crediting you. We are not obliged to use them or to keep them confidential. Please don't send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to other websites and services, such as app stores and video sites, that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk, and their own terms apply.
10. Changes to the site and games
We are always working on the Site. We may add, change, update, suspend or remove any game, feature or content, or the whole Site, at any time and without notice. We don't promise that any game will stay available or work on every device or browser.
Game progress, favourites and other data are kept in your browser. They can be lost when you clear your browser's data, use a private window, switch devices or browsers, or when a browser deletes stored data. They can also be lost when a game is updated or removed. We are not responsible for lost progress.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DATA OR PROGRESS WILL BE KEPT.
Some places don't allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Health note: some people can have seizures from flashing lights or patterns. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy, ask a doctor before playing. Stop playing and see a doctor if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, disorientation or any involuntary movement. Take breaks.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGIC FUSION, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GAME PROGRESS, GOODWILL OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE GAMES OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE GAMES OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They don't limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you live in the EU or UK, nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Logic Fusion, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable lawyers' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights. We may take over the defence of any matter covered by this section, and you agree to cooperate with us.
14. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent, Logic Fusion, LLC · product@logicfusion.net
Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- a description of the material you say is infringing, and where it is on the Site (the URL);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- your signature;
- the removed material and where it was;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found), and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
Anyone who knowingly makes a materially false notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages under the DMCA. We may remove material without notice, and we will end access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
15. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to sue in court and to have a jury trial.
15.1 Informal resolution first
Most problems can be solved quickly, so before starting any arbitration or court case, you and we each agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. To start, send a written notice describing the dispute and the outcome you want. Your notice goes to product@logicfusion.net; ours goes to the email address you have given us, if any. Neither side may start an arbitration or court case until 60 days after the notice is received. Time limits for bringing a claim pause during those 60 days.
15.2 Binding individual arbitration
If the dispute isn't resolved within 60 days, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the games (a "Dispute") will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, not in court. This includes Disputes about the scope, validity or enforceability of this arbitration agreement. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
- Rules and administrator: the arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect (available at adr.org), as changed by this section.
- Place: the seat of arbitration is the State of Florida. Hearings may be held by video or telephone, or in person in the county where you live if the AAA rules require it. Claims for less than US$10,000 may be decided on written submissions alone if you choose.
- Fees: payment of filing, administration and arbitrator fees will follow the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. If the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, the rules' standards for shifting fees will apply.
- The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could award under the law, but only in favour of the individual party seeking it and only as far as needed for that party's individual claim.
15.3 Exceptions
- Either side may bring an individual claim in a small claims court, in Florida or in the county where you live, if the claim qualifies and stays there.
- Either side may ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights, or unauthorised access to the Site (such as scraping or hacking).
15.4 Class action and jury trial waiver
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
If a court decides that this class action waiver can't be enforced for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that one) will be decided in court, after the arbitration of all other claims. The rest of this section will still apply.
15.5 Your right to opt out
You can opt out of this arbitration agreement and the class action waiver. To do so, email product@logicfusion.net within 30 days of the date you first use the Site after these Terms take effect. Include your name and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms. If you opt out, Disputes will be resolved in court as described in section 16.
15.6 Time limit and changes
To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. If we make a material change to this section, it won't apply to a Dispute we already knew about. You may reject the change by emailing us within 30 days of it taking effect, in which case the previous version of this section applies to you.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement in section 15.
Any Dispute that isn't subject to arbitration (including if you opt out) must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, except small claims cases as allowed in section 15.3. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring claims in your country's courts where the law gives you that right.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top. If a change is material, we'll also give reasonable notice before it takes effect, such as a notice on the Site. Changes take effect on the date shown and don't apply to Disputes already notified before then. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Site.
18. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or if we stop offering the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive the end of these Terms. These include sections 5, 8 and 11 to 19.
19. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any game-specific terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. They replace any earlier agreements on this subject.
- Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed as little as necessary, and the rest will stay in effect. Section 15.4 has its own rule for that section.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce a right or provision, we haven't given it up.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- No third-party beneficiaries: these Terms don't give rights to anyone else.
- Force majeure: we aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices: you agree to receive notices from us electronically, including on the Site. Notices to us must go to product@logicfusion.net.
- Language: if we translate these Terms, the English version controls where the law allows.
- Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
