Trace Once Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026 · Trace Once for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows and the web

In short: Trace Once does not collect, use, share or sell personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases. Your progress is saved only on your own device.

1. Who we are

Trace Once is published by Logic Fusion, LLC ("Logic Fusion", "we", "us"). This policy explains how Trace Once (the "Game") handles information. If you have questions, contact us at support@logicfusion.net.

2. Information we collect

None through the Game. The Game does not ask for, collect or send us any personal information. It has no sign-in or account, and it does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location or other device data. It does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software, and it does not use your device's advertising identifier.

The Game works fully offline and does not connect to the internet. The only exception is the "Privacy policy" link in Settings, which opens this page in your web browser when you tap it.

On Android, the Game asks for the vibration permission so it can give a light buzz as you draw (you can turn this off in Settings). This permission gives no access to any of your data.

3. Information stored on your device

To let you pick up where you left off, the Game saves your progress and settings on your device, inside the Game's private storage: the levels you have finished and their stars, your hints, your daily-puzzle results and streak, your best Rush score, which tips you have seen, and your sound, music, vibration and language settings. This data stays on your device; we cannot see or access it.

If you use device backups or sync (for example iCloud Backup or Android backup), your saved progress may be included in those backups. That is handled by Apple, Google or Microsoft under their own privacy policies, not by us. In the web version, progress is kept in your browser's storage on your device.

4. Information others may collect

5. If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you, keep it only as long as needed for that, and never sell it or use it for marketing. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Children

Trace Once is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Because the Game collects none, there is normally nothing for us to provide. For any email you have sent us, contact support@logicfusion.net to use these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in California law.

8. Deleting your data

Deleting the Game removes all of its saved progress from your device. In the web version, clearing this site's data in your browser does the same.

9. Security

Your progress never leaves your device through the Game, so it is protected by your device's own security.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will also say so in the Game's release notes.
